Ashe Plantation is located in the town of Mint Hill and the neighborhood is easily accessible from NC: 51 or I-485 (Exit: 44).
In our Town of Mint Hill you will feel right at home. it is just a few miles from Charlotte and close to the Charlotte Motor Speedway and Concord Mills Outlet Shopping Center. This is also a perfect spot to live in North Carolina because we are just a couple of hours from the Mountains to the west and the Beaches to the east.
