Dear Ashe Plantation Neighbor:
Thank you for your support in 2009. The HOA Board of Directors hopes that you will continue, or begin, your membership in the Homeowners’ Association by mailing in your annual dues for 2010. Your voluntary financial participation will be appreciated as well as necessary to continue past programs.
The biggest expenditure will continue to be maintenance of the front entrance into this lovely neighborhood. First impressions do matter.
Funds also will be used to publish newsletters and keep our webpage current so that you are updated on neighborhood matters; to upgrade stop signs (as funds allow); and to continue the efforts to get to know each other through our social seasonal events for adults and children alike.
Dues for year 2010 remain unchanged at $100. Your payment by January 31 will be welcome. If a later date is needed, please let me know.
