The Homeowners Association (HOA) is a group of neighbors committed to the improvement and strengthening of the Ashe Plantation community.  As a voluntary organization residents are not required to join, but the dues and activities of the HOA work for the benefit of all.

Ongoing projects include maintenance of the neighborhood entryway, numerous social events and welcoming new residents.  Recently, the HOA installed ornamental street signs and lamps. Meetings are held periodically and officers are elected on a yearly basis.

We hope you'll consider joining the Homeowners Association. Working together, we can continue to make Ashe Plantation a beautiful, welcoming and friendly neighborhood.
